Yes, a Florida woman, Cleanthi Peters, actually sued Universal Studios back in the year 2000 because their haunted house was “too scary” and caused her emotional distress. 10. Sea World
Approximately 14-years-ago, Daniel Dukes was killed by a whale at Sea World. He hid himself from the security guards of Sea World so he could stay at the park after closing to achieve his lifelong dream of swimming with a whale. After the death, his parents sued Sea World because of failure to display public warnings the whale could actually kill people.

To skimp out on paying the $3.50 cover fee at a night club, Kara Walton decide to enter through its toilet window. As a result of this bizarre incident, she fell down, knocked out her two front teeth, and sued the club. The judge ruled in her favor and the woman was awarded $12,000, complete with all of her dental expenses paid.
