Built between a collaboration between the European Commission and Spanish design firm Applus IDIADA, the VOLAR-e has a super-efficient charging battery that recharges fully in 15-minutes, along with a regenerative system keeps those batteries topped off each time the car breaks. It goes from 0-62mph in a mere 3.4-seconds and has a top speed of 186mph, putting it in supercar territory. There's four driving modes: eco, dynamic, racing, wet. No word yet on pricing or availability.
