2007 Production Honda Civic Type R

The 2007 Honda Civic Type-R production model will make its debut at the Paris Motor Show next month, sporting a 2.0L DOHC i-VTEC engine that produces 200hp @ 7400rpm and 144 ft-lb torque @ 5900rpm. Unfortunately, this hatchback is only slated for a European release. More pictures after the jump. [via LeftlaneNews]

I'm sure they'll make a downgraded USDM version. The U.S market is just too big to miss out on.

heres news guys we arn't getting the hatch in north america... we get the coupe though, they dont... I thought it was ugly as sin before, but its starting to grow on me...

This car will be awesome when it's released... the design is unusual and difficult to accept, but i have found it has grown on me - love it
