Project Blinkenlights is an "Arcade" light installation in Paris that allows people to send their "own animations, play Tetris, Pong, Breakout, and even Pac-Man using a mobile phone". It's claimed to be the "biggest interactive light installation so far (3370 m2)". Video after the jump.
