Think of the Aton Impulse Viking as a futuristic tank on wheels that can not only traverse all terrains, but water as well. Weighing in at over 3.3-tons, it comes equipped with a small, but ample, 1770cc VAZ-2130 engine producing 82 hp and 98 lb-ft of torque. Designed to be an emergency rescue vehicle, the Viking tops out at 37mph on the road, and 9.3mph in the water. However, upside, the vehicle does get a respectable 16mpg, considering its size. It rides on giant balloon tires, in which the driver can adjust tire pressures on the fly from the cabin, while its suspension is pneumatically adjustable to give you an additional 10-inches of ground clearance when needed.
