Audi E-Tron Vision Gran Turismo

You’ve probably seen more than enough concept vehicles in video games, but the Audi E-Tron Vision Gran Turismo isn’t just a digital dream, as the automaker has brought this supercar to life. At 3,197-pounds, it’s powered by three electric motors – one driving the front wheels and the other two channeling power to the rear axle – each one outputting 268hp, for a total combined output of 804hp. This means it goes from 0-62mph in a mere 2.5-seconds, also thanks in part to its 1.78kg per horsepower power-to-weight ratio and a 50:50 weight distribution between the front and rear axle. “The race taxi will be used at selected Formula E races and other events this year, in the hands of former DTM driver Rahel Frey and Le Mans winner Dindo Capello. It will wave to the public for the first time this Saturday, in Rome, Italy,” reports Car Scoops.
