BenQ-Siemens has just unveiled a limited edition version of their S68 handset. This updated model sports a stainless steel design and a cermic -- "formed at 1350 degrees celsius" -- back cover. Other specifications remain the same: a TFT-LCD display, 26MB internal memory, Bluetooth, and a media player. It measures only 107.5 x 44 x 13.2mm and weighs just 78.5g. No word yet on pricing and availability.
