BMW Hydrogen Combustion 7-Series

BMW has just unveiled a new hydrogen combustion 7-series model, called the "Hydrogen 7". It comes equipped with "both a conventional 74-litre (16.3 Imp gal) gasoline tank and an additional fuel tank taking up approximately 8 kilos or 17.6 lb of liquid hydrogen." The vehicle runs on liquid hydrogen and, when needed, the dual-mode power unit switches over to conventional premium gasoline. The cruising range in the hydrogen mode is more than 125 miles, with another 300 miles in the gasoline mode

BMW should improve on their diesel engines and have it more available to the consumers here in the US.
