Brabham BT62

Founder of the Brabham racing team, Sir Jack Brabham, is not only a three-time F1 World Champion, but his company now created a track-only supercar, dubbed the BT62. It’s powered by a naturally-aspirated, 5.4L mid-mounted V8 that genereates 700 horsepower and 492 lb-ft of torque, while a carbon fiber chassis keeps things ultra light. Unfortunately, only 70 examples will be produced worldwide, with the first 35 featuring the same green and gold livery as Sir Jack’s winning race cars in F1. “Given its track-focused setup, it comes as little surprise the BT62 has a double-wishbone suspension with adjustable anti-roll bars and four-way adjustable Ohlins dampers. Engineers also installed a high-performance carbon ceramic Brembo braking system with six piston calipers,” reports Car Scoops.
