Brain-to-Computer Pong

Remember the brain-to-computer interface we covered yesterday? Now here's a video of this technology in action which shows two players enjoying a friendly game of Pong, using only their thoughts to control paddle movements.

is it just me, or does this seem to be leading to a higher calling, like the US military, like almost all tings do.....

it would be nice for simulators. and something like a one man tank walker/rover thingy.. somewhat like in spiderman. or it could possibly mean 4 arms. someone get on that, make me 2 more arms to use.

"friendly?" they didnt even look happy, i'd be happy as hell if could control it with just my thought's. HEY LOOK! IM MOVING THE PADDLE WITH MY BRAIN! These guy's look dull, give this technology to kid's, or adult's who can appreciate it, and if it doesn't work, fuck them, give it to the military and get battle droids.

I am the left person on this video. The live demo was given during the Cebit - and although it IS fun to play the brain pong game and spell texts it was very exhausting (we did this the whole day long). That might explain the not-so-happy look of my face. And if the second guy in the background does not look happy at all, then probably because he was loosing this game ;-)
