The BristleBot Toothbrush Robot, available now from ThinkGeek, "comes read to go; just snap the BristleMotor to the BristleBrush and you are ready to BristlePlay." They're powered by GPA76 batteries and measure a tiny 2" x 0.5" x 1". Video after the break.

If you want to decorate your BristleBot Toothbrush Robots, you can use the wire included to add arms, legs, more legs, antennae, or weapons.
