Razer may be known for their computer peripherals, but their latest creation is aimed at the ultrabook market. Introducing the $999 (base model) Razer Blade Stealth, a 2.75-pound, 0.52-inch thick laptop that boasts an Intel Core i7 Skylake processor, 12.5″ high-res touchscreen display (2560 x 1440), 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of PCIe storage. For intense gaming, simply connect it via Thunderbolt 3 port to the Razer Core graphics dock, which offers a double-wide, full-length PCIe NVIDIA or AMD graphics card, extra ports, a separate power supply, and most importantly, plenty of heat dissipation. Nikon KeyMission 360

Nikon’s all-new KeyMission 360, introduced at CES 2016 yesterday, is a wearable camera that makes capturing 360° footage in 4K UHD resolution, a breeze. The camera uses a host of sensors and lenses that work together to form a seamless picture. It also sports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity. Similar to other action cameras, this is waterproof to a depth of 30m and resistant to shock, dust as well as low temperatures. The company aims to merge VR with action footage. LG Flexible OLED Roll-Up Display

LG unveiled the world’s first fully-flexible OLED display at CES 2016 this week, and the technology looks promising to say the least. The 18-inch prototype can only be rolled up in one direction, but it does measure less than a millimeter thick. EHang 184 Autonomous Drone

EHang, a China-based drone manufacturer, wants to take things to the next level with the 184. Not only can this thing fly itself, but it’s designed to carry a single passenger, who isn’t required to have a pilot’s license. There are no flight controls inside the cockpit, just a 12-inch display that’s pre-installed with software that lets you select a destination, before the automated flight system takes over. That’s right, it can manage air traffic communication, avoid obstacles, and select the most efficient path to your destination. A prototype, featuring a carbon fiber epoxy composite body and an aluminum alloy frame, was unveiled yesterday at CES 2016 in Las Vegas. The four arms and eight electric propellers produce 142-horsepower, and the bottom-mounted batteries hold 14.4 kWh of power, or 23-minutes of flight time at 3499m, with a maximum speed of 100 km/h. Kodak Super 8

Kodak has partnered with entrepreneur Yves behar to introduce an updated Super 8 camera at CES 2016. It retains the classic design while adding digital functionality, including the ability to record in both digital and analogue formats and connecting with other devices. However, you could also send in physical analogue copies of the film, and Kodak’s lab will email a password to retrieve digital scans from the cloud for editing and sharing. A digital viewfinder ensures that everything is always in frame. For those interested, it hits retail channels in fall 2016, and will cost between $400 – $750 depending on configuration. Volkswagen BUDD-e Microbus

We have seen the future of electric minibuses, and it’s the Volkswagen BUDD-e. This futuristic, all-electric vehicle boasts a modular architecture that features a 101 kWh battery hidden within the floor, an electric motor up front, and another in the rear. A quick-charge system enables the battery to be charged to 80% capacity in a mere 15-minutes. You can also use its electric drive system to power other items, such as controlling a smart home, or even running an interactive smart office setup. Identilock Gun Lock

Officially making its debut at CES 2016 was Identilock, a biometric gun lock that enables users to secure their gun and unlock it within 1.5-seconds using their fingerprint, and at 100% accuracy rate to boot, thanks to the company’s specialized IP. Best of all, the lock only requires charging every 6-months due to the embedded fingerprint sensor, but should it run out of power for any reason, the gun can be unlocked with a physical key. LG G6 TV

Measuring just 2.57mm thick, or as much as a stack of four credit cards, and available in 77″ or 65″ models, the LG G6 4K OLED TV even includes a sound bar speaker system from Harman Kardon integrated directly into the stand itself. Its OLED and ColorPrime Pro technologies enable the set to take full advantage of the new HDR standard, along with the webOS 3.0-powered smart interface. BMW i8 Spyder

BMW officially unveiled its i8 Spyder Concept at CES 2016 this week. It features the AirTouch gesture-control system that enables passengers to operate the vehicle’s controls by simply moving their fingers over the dashboard display screens. The information is then transmitted back through a head-up display, the main instrument cluster and a giant 21-inch panorama display located in front of the passenger.
