Finally, after years of delays, Duke Nukem Forever gets a playable demo, which can be experienced at PAX 2010. Best of all, developer Pitchford announced that they will be releasing the game in 2011 on the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC platforms. Gameplay videos after the break. And it doesn't look, at least graphically, like it began production in 1997. Thematically? Well, that's a different topic. And while the graphics aren't going to put Crysis 2 to shame, they're fine ... good even! The film grain effect does a nice job of improving the overall image quality.

That's right, a brand new "leaked" Duke Nukem Forever teaser has just surfaced showing lots of CG goodness. Will you buy this game if it's ever released? Video after the jump.
We're not sure what engine this is using (Wikipedia says it uses Unreal 2.0), but whatever it is, it's been changed a bunch of times, including the Unreal 1 engine for a time. Did you know that the top of the line gaming PC back when it was supposed to be released was a Pentium II?
