In Walter Isaacson's Steve jobs biography, the Apple co-founder revealed that his company has finally "'cracked' how to build an integrated television that is 'completely easy to use'." This piece of hardware "would be seamlessly synced with all of your devices and with iCloud." Apple has also filed for a number of patents relating to a television set, which means that consumers should see it in stores sooner than later. Continue reading for the news report.

Last year, Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster also predicted Apple would join the connected TV market in the next two to four years and even went as far as saying the first model would sell for $US2000.
