So you’ve seen the Zune HD, now check out its little brother, the Zune 3rd. This model is rumored to be “a smaller flash player to replace the Zune 4/8/16.” No word yet on pricing or availability.

It’s unclear where this would fit; all we can see is that it retains the “squircle” and it’s packing a large widescreen.

New details on Microsoft’s upcoming Zune HD player have just emerged. It will supposedly feature an OLED multi-touch display, 16GB or 32GB of built-in storage, TV-out (HDMI), web browser, and wireless syncing.

As previously reported, the Zune HD is set to launch this fall (probably September) with new details of international availability in Canada, the U.K, and France.

Though an official announcement has not yet been made, these leaked pictures apparently show Microsoft’s upcoming Zune HD portable media player. From what we can tell, it features a brushed aluminum case and larger display. Continue reading for one more teaser shot.

For $395.00 on eBay, you could pick up a rare Nylon Microsoft Zune. This player was limited “to a run of 1,000 pieces, and comes in a pretty pink 30GB package that’s silk-screened with graphic bling designed by Dani Stahl.” Auction page. Click here for first picture in gallery.

Nylon Magazine has teamed up with Microsoft to create a limited edition Zune player, was available only at Urban Outfitters but swiftly SOLD OUT and will never be offered again.

New Zune

With just capacity and color changes, there’s not a lot to gawk at, but we’ve always had a soft spot for Microsoft’s Zune packaging and “Welcome to the Social” greetings.

Zune 3

Microsoft’s Zune 3 .0 firmware update features “improved Now Playing view, and new Picks view auto-populated to reflect your listening habits.” Video after the break.

The official Zune 3.0 details we saw earlier today are now visible in video form, showing off purchasing from FM, Wi-Fi music store and channels, which recommends music to you based on what you already listen to.

Microsoft Zune Phone

This Microsoft Zune Phone concept features a sleek interface, 5.0-megapixel camera, and even a touchscreen display. No word yet on if Microsoft will actually be releasing a Zune phone. Click here for one more picture.

Until they actually confirm, check out the Zune Contact concept by Adam Huffman. He’s revamped the interface, made the body madly thin, slapped on a 5 MP camera and went all touchscreeny.

Despite not being officially released, a Fry’s Electronics customer managed to snag a 120GB Zune for $249.99. Click here for first picture in gallery.

t appears that at least one lucky shopper at a Fry’s in Atlanta managed to get their hands on a 120GB Zune before its official release, and there are even unboxing pics and a receipt to prove it.
