Zune HD 3D Game Demo

The NVIDIA Tegra lineup, basically a system-on-a-chip with an ARM CPU, could be the most advanced mobile graphics processors yet. This demo shows that PGR: Ferrari Edition’s graphics are “easily on par with the PSP and quite possibly better.” Continue reading for the video. Zune HD v4.3 Firmware Adds Auto-Suggest, Support for 3D Games

Microsoft has just released Zune HD v4.3 firmware and it features “support for upcoming 3d games and applications, as well as an auto-suggest feature for better text input, and other minor improvements.” Video demonstration after the break.

We’re hearing that those “minor improvements” include a snappier browser, so it’s pretty safe to say you’re only harming yourself if you don’t get this download going right now.

eBay Watch: Atomic Zune HD Hits $2,025

This one’s a 32GB model, and while we still don’t know if it’s going to be officially released or not, we get the feeling that it probably will.

Zune HD Live Shots

Finally, the Microsoft Zune HD will be released tomorrow in the US, but here’s some live shots to hold you over. Early reviewers say that the device is “exceptionally small, thin, and has a brushed aluminum finish that exudes elegance.” Product page. Click here for first picture in gallery.

Looking at the demo video on board, its playback is butter-smooth on its 480×272-pixel screen. Zune HD goes on sale September 15, in either the 32GB model we have here for $290, or the 16GB for $220.
