The new Choro Q Hybrid Mini Cars may not be street legal, but these tiny penny racers feature two modes: users "can choose between models using a pull-back motor or and those that are battery-powered (and come with a remote control)." Video after the break.

Takara Tomy has secured quite a few licenses from major car makers, including Lamborghini, Toyota, Nissan, and Honda. The Choro Q Hybrids will be available in Japan starting October 24.
