Concept Race Car

Powered by a 600hp BMW V10 or 480hp V8 engine, the Veritas RS III “will tip the scales at just under 2,400 pounds and is made up of a tubular frame and a carbon/Kevlar body.” Video of the concept race car after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery.

Vermot estimates that the V10 will run to 62 in 3.2 seconds, while the V8 can do the deed in 3.6 seconds. Top speed is predicted at 215 mph and 204 mph, respectively.
