Coolest Apartment Complex Ever, But Where Are the Stairs?

This is definitely the coolest looking apartment complexes that we've come across, but where are the stairs?

Those are the Habitat '67 apartments in Montreal designed by Moshie Safde for the World Expo in 1967. they're all prefabricated cubes or 'modules'. There are 354 modules with apartments being made up of from 3 to 8 modules. Safdie was commissioned to design several other "habitats" in cities around the world but no others were ever completed.

What's really cool is there is a stationary wave (created by the rapids, all natural) where you can surf close to there.
