File this under: bizarre Mars sightings. Believe it or not, the image you see above was spotted by Curiosity on the surface of Mars, and not doctored in any way. Sure, this is most likely just a regular rock formation, but it's definitely one of the strangest looking ones we've ever seen. According to NASA's official statement released earlier this week, Curiosity has detected "water and sulfur and chlorine-containing substances, among other ingredients."
