The upcoming Dell XPS M1710 caters a bit more to gamers, boasting an Intel Duo Core T2400/T2500 processor, 1GB of DDR2 memory, 60GB-120GB SATA hard drive, 512MB GeForce Go 7900 GTX graphics (special edition only), and a vibrant TrueLife 17-inch widescreen UXGA display. Other perks include a rugged magnesium-alloy reinforced RoadReady chassis, 5-in-1 memory card reader, illuminated XPS touchpad, and adjustable 16 color perimeter lighting. Prices start at $2600.
‘Dell is again delivering the most advanced features to the gaming community, especially customers who want the performance and freedom to play anywhere,’ said Brett Faulk, Dell director of consumer mobile product marketing.
