Eco-House Sells for $15-Million
The "Orchid House", pictured above, recently sold for a hefty $15-million. Fortunately, the buyer received a "house that produces more energy than it uses." Click here for first picture in gallery.
Apparently that is just what an anonymous buyer did recently, making the "Orchid House" the UKs most expensive country home—and it won't be completed for 3 years[via Gizmodo - Dvice]
