It’s only a matter of time before more car manufacturers start releasing Tesla Model S competitors, and one of them could be the Infiniti Q50 EV. In addition to its fully-electric powertrain, the interior resembles an enclosed structure, surrounded by an elongated center console, while the front passenger can swivel back to face the rear passengers in a “lounge-like environment”. “The steering wheel is particularly interesting though. First, you can hardly even call it a “wheel” since it’s shaped like something you’d see in a sci-fi movie where people take a left at the asteroid belt, instead of at a light. Second, it’s got a slim display embedded into the top part where you can see the car’s speed and presumably other bits of info as well,” reports Car Scoops.
