The BenQ Siemens EF91 offers a vibrant 2-inch TFT display, 3.2-megapixel camera, HSDPA (high-speed download packet access), microSD memory card slot, and a media player. It has just received FCC approval and is slated for a June release. No word yet on pricing and carrier.
