Magnetic Fluid

Here's something you don't see everyday. Sachiko Kodama and Minako Takeno show us what Ferrofluid -- a liquid that becomes strongly polarized in the presence of a magnetic field -- is really capable of with this amazing demonstration.

Superfluid

Superfluid is when helium-3 or helium-4 defeats friction, reaching a point where the liquid has zero viscosity, zero entropy, and infinite thermal conductivity. Practical applications include: gyroscopes for measuring gravitational effects and in satellites.
