Making its debut in 1981, the Osborne 1 is touted as the "world's first portable computer". It retailed at a hefty $1,795 and weighed 24.5-pounds. Technical specs included a 4-MHz Z80 processor, 5-inch display (52 char. max.), 65Kb memory, battery pack (optional), and dual 5 1/4-inch floppy disk drives. Click here for more pictures.
