Ventooz could be the start of a new extreme sport, wall crawling with real vehicles. Imagined by Charles Bombardier and Juan Garcia Mansilla, this futuristic vehicle makes use of two extremely powerful turbines in the front and rear, fueled by a hydrogen cell, that provide a tremendous downward suction force that enables the driver to navigate it up the sides of flat surfaces. “For extra security, the tires are made up of a series of grippy suction cups that grip to glass and cement like an octopus grabs onto a rock or unlucky shellfish. Who knows how realistic a concept like this really is, but if anything like this ever gets built you can be sure we’ll be lining up to get one ourselves,” according to Hi Consumption.
