Nintendo Switch Sony Watchman
It’s not everyday that you see a Sony Watchman pocket CRT television, much less one running Nintendo Switch games. However, all is not as it seems, especially since the Switch isn’t physically connected to the miniature television, but rather the games are broadcast to through the VCR and the RF antenna. From what we can see, Breath of the Wild, Metal Slug and Mario Kart all seem to run fairly well with no noticeable lag.

For those unfamiliar with the Sony Watchman line of portable pocket televisions, they made their debut in 1982 and was eventually discontinued in 2000. The earliest model was the FD-210, introduced in 1982, and featured a 2-inch black & white CRT display. It weighed in at 650g and priced at 54,800 yen, or $1,140.36 USD if adjusted for inflation in 2022.
