Ok, you've seen some funny spoofs, but now check out the "Get a Mac" ads from a PC perspective. Video after the jump.
But now it’s time for the PC to counterattack, with the help of director Laurie McGuinness, who created four small hilarious clips, with the same character personalities (the PC being older, “boring”, and the Mac being younger and cooler), but this time the Mac doesn’t get the spotlight

[...] TechEBlog has a bunch of videos from Youtube that are spoofs on Apple’s “Get a Mac” ads. They are pretty good and made me laugh. I like the get a mac ads but I don’t like the recent one that talks about Windows Vista, I am running Vista and it runs just fine, it doesn’t bother you as much as they make it seem, anyway check out the videos over at TechEBlog. sorry guys, but this is pretty contrived. vast majority of the entire creative industry is, has been, and will continue to be powered by a mac. pc's, yes, are great for insulated accounting and some development environments, but are needlessly insecure. casting the proto-mac user as some goofball stoner who does nothing but make movies and wage elitest negligence against the musically disinclined is as bad as stereotyping pc users as idiots who need to be asked 2-5 times "are you sure you want to open notepad?" when viewing the source of a website from IE7. take the high road next time.

"are you high?" haha most aren't as clever as i had hoped, but they're ok i guess. PC's rule
4
Meh. Boring.
5
At last...
6
These are pretty lame compared to the original ones.. exept the music one :-D
7
these aren't very clever :s
8
Pretty funny. I'd really like to see people getting together to gather money to put these on TV.
9
lol not bad
10
they dont make any sense at all...

They would be better if they made actual points like the "get a mac" ads.
13
For a buck and Steve Jobs will add DRM to it for free even if the record company doesn't require it.

How were those clever? What was the point that they were trying to get across; that the author doesn't like Macs? That the Mac doesn't open spreadsheets? That if you go on a skiing vacation and you're a PC, hot women cling to you arm? Where did that come from? What sense does that make? Why wasn't the person recording music a hot woman and the person going skiing a dull guy? It's a series of non-sequiteurs thrown together to try and be amusing. Do Macs make you high or incapable of going to meeting? WHAT? At least the other spoofs have made sense.

hahahaha 10 points!

"It’s a series of non-sequiteurs thrown together to try and be amusing" You just described every Apple ad ever made
18
Even for a mac-addict this is funny and I guess partly true (at least for music) ! Doesn't the PC Man remind you the oldschool stereotyped manager?
19
pwned
20
"Its explained in those boring spreadsheets..." hahaha... thats great.
21
Now if only there was a "get Linux" spoofs.
22
i don't those are funny, nor do they make p.c.'s look any better. it makes them look like an asshole. macs are just, they're just better.
23
those really aren't funny. the pc comes off as a **** and the mac comes off as an idiot. at least in the real ads the characters are likeable on both sides
24
Umm. How does the "Girl" one make any sense? These are not funny.

The original "Get a Mac" ads had a lot more substance... these come across as propaganda with no actual reasons why a PC might be better. Nicely done videos, but I was hoping for something more real!
