Gizmondo Eye Toy?

Apparently, the Gizmondo is capable of superimposing "three dimensional objects on a real space, appropriately adjusting the angle of their geometry with the angle of the mounted camera." Video after the jump.
I always thought they'd just never be able to pull that off, but this prototype footage gives me newfound respect for the Gizmondo tech team
