Harpoon Car Stops, Destroys Speeding Drivers
In 1996, Finnish police officers decided to attach harpoon-like devices onto their traffic vehicles to stop speeding drivers. Basically, they spear your car and if you don't get out, the harpoon releases tear gas. Video after the break.
