Homeless Bodybuilder Paris

Sayagh Jacques, a 50-year-old homeless man from Paris, France, didn’t let living on the streets stop him from becoming a bodybuilder. All of the money he receives from strangers is spent on eating right and protein supplements. Maintaining his physique isn’t as tough as you think, thanks to a few pieces of makeshift equipment, like exercise bands and ropes. Mostly, he relies on body weight exercises – push-ups, pull-ups, etc. How did this man become an internet sensation? The director says: “He told me he was sleeping in his tent, he used cardboard to keep the heat and at the same time he spoke of diet, lifestyle, daily training, and concern for his physical appearance. The contrast was striking. I just posted this video on my Facebook so my friends can see it and I intended to keep it to present it as an example of personal work. Within a week-and-a-half, it received 500,000 views, so I was overwhelmed!”
