How it's Made: Cheesecake
For our daily food tech post, we bring you this "How it's Made" segment on cheesecake. Best of all, you can find most of these gadgets at your local Wal-Mart/Target. Video after the break.
Cheesecakes can be made of ricotta cheese, havarti, quark or, more usually, cream cheese. Other ingredients such as sugar, eggs, cream and fruit are often mixed in as well
