"Srikat " shows us how to round image corners in just a few easy steps, using Photoshop, as well as adding a stylish border. If you have any other related tips, please leave us a comment. Video after the jump.
the best way is to do the stroke OVER the picture layer. That's why there are layers, always do things on separate layers, the more, the merrier. If you screwed up something in the beginning, modify this layer!
;) non the less, I didn't knoe *that* method. Time consuming, but it works.

I actually use this quite a bit. It can be a little tricky at first but after a couple tries it becomes second nature. Good luck.

Isn't it less time-consuming if you just use a layer mask!
Just make a new layer en place a rounded-cornered square in it. place this layer below the layer of your image. And then make a maskeed layer of your image. It takes less than 15sec.

I like just making a selection of the whole thing, then going select>modify>smooth then you can select the edge roundness, instead of being predetermined
