HP4 Flame'D Case Mod

File this under: "Crazy Case Mods" -- Defyant from WizdForums created this crazy HP4 Flame'D case mod, complete with NOS bottle, water cooling, side vents, and lots of LED lighting. More pics after the jump.

will the nos actually help the computer to maintain a lower core temperature? Or is it there just to add some HPs to the wheel...

The bottle's his water reservoir for the coolign set up. He painted it blue to match the case and he was like "....Eh, why not? *makes sticker*".

Im thinkin the NOS bottle was modded to act as a coolant reservoir, and isnt funtional like nitros. Either that or the coolant just goes in and out of it, just for looks.

From the inside it doesn't look like it can hold any hardware except hard drive and dvd/cd burner. And if thats all what's the point of trying to keep it cool?

Hi Guys, Defyant will be pleased about the regcognition here. Let me try to answer some of these questions. WizDforums ia a PC enthusiast community. We delve into the depths of Liquid cooled hardware and extensive modifications. Take a look at the worklog on our site and you'll be able to see the effort that went into the case. There is a full working computer in there, you just cant see it because it has been stealthed. The "NOS" bottle is the reservoir for the liquid cooling loop, Its completely had made and painted for the purpose. The cut out at the top is where the waterblock sits over the CPU, and the place where the 3 tubes go towards is the graphics card.

You guys should really read the worklog instead of thinking up new NOS jokes. And yes, Defyant made that bottle out of plexi, painted it, and made it match. The entire thing is stealth. To the guy who said there's only an HDD and a burner - you're wrong. there's an entire mobo, high-end gfx card, ram, etc. in there. It's just stealthed. that's teh point of the mod. Read the article!

I just noticed... the wire coming out the back, if you get a $10 USB 2.0 card, many of them supply 1 internal USB port aswell, would clean it up a bit :D
