iBlueTube Vacuum Tube iPod Dock

Here's another shiny yet useless iPod accessory for those who just can't get enough. Thanko's iBlueTub is an iPod dock that sports "two blue glowing LED-laden vacuum tubes on the sides that serve no purpose other than to make you go 'oooh' and 'aaah'". It goes on sale later this month in Japan, priced at a whopping $566.
The included speakers deliver 12 watts of power, which is alright considering the small size of the dock. And yes, you can transfer all your music and videos while the iPod is docked

$556. maybe for $100 like quite a few other docks (besides the Bose one, Bose is crap anyways). It'd be cool if they made use of the vacuum tubes in the form of a vacuum tube amp.
