iBreath

File this under: "Strange iPod Accessories." The iBreath connects to any iPod and detects "your blood alchohol content level, accurate to within 0.01 BAC." Plus, it doubles as an FM wireless transmitter. Pricing and availability have not yet been announced.
Just fold out the BAC blow wand and exhale into it for a full 5 seconds. 5 seconds later, this jail-saving gizmo let's you know if you're safe to drive. It even houses a timer that can be set from 1 minute up to 4 hours in order to remind you when it's time for the next test

The 0.01% margin of error is too wide and can mean the difference between a fine or incarceration. Also, does it truncate or round the two-decimal displayed BAC?

I too agree that this is a waste of money if used for deciding if you are over the legal limit to drive. Though it may be a good conversation starter for a tipsy geek may even get him or her some action.

i agree.. don't drink when driving.. but a good way to see that your designated driver hasn't been sneaking the rounds in.. however.. you have shit friends if they'd drink qand drive with you in the car. meh. it's a clever thing anyway.
