Designed by MVRDV and located at Binhai Cultural District in Tianjin, China, this five-story library, called “The Eye of Binhai,” spans 34,000 square meters. It took 3-years to complete, can hold up to 1.2-million books, and features a reading area on the ground floor, complete with a giant sphere.
