In other words, it’s rentable office space that “features 200 desks, 16 meeting rooms, event spaces, and of course a full scale cafe” for start-up companies. This is what JumpStudios — the firm behind this project — co-founder Shaun Fernandes has to say: “The challenge was to take an unprepossessing office building and create an interplay between dynamic, open, social spaces and more intimate working hubs, with flexibility to accommodate a shifting workforce and a diverse program of events.”
