What sets the iPhone 3G apart from its predecessor, is that it "finds points of interest by keyword: search for 'coffee' and iPhone shows you every cafe nearby." Video after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery.

Location data comes from a combo of cell towers, Wi-Fi and GPS. Google Maps is still the default interface.
