iSteam

Put simply, iSteam is an iPhone app that lets users wipe away steam like they would a fogged up mirror, and quite realistically to say the least. Available now through iTunes, priced at $0.99 and is currently free. Video after the break.

After that you can use your fingers to clean it, causing squeaky sounds, condensation, and drops that get affected by the orientation of the phone, but without frying your iPhone.

not free anymore. also does not have all the functions the appstore description lists it as having. refund please?

I don't know what to tell you, arstecnica... When I go to it's page, it is still free and it does everything it says it can do. The only functions that won't work are the ones that require a microphone, if you are using an itouch. Those will only work with the iphone or a plug-in mic for the itouch. Are you sure you have the correct app? Look for "isteam" in itunes store, it is right there....

I've seen on iSteam's website that an upgrade to make the ipod touch compatible is pending on the App store anyway. i love this app. i got it for free and ive been playing with it ever since! great, realistic, fun little app.
