Japanese artist “Gaku” is a master of creating miniature sculptures, but with food. He started posting his masterpieces on Instagram approximately 8-months ago, and already has 15,900 followers. These sculptures fall under the Japanese art of “mukimono,” which translates to “stripped product”. As we all know, these raw foods tend to oxidize quite fast, so Gaku completes his works in just a few hours, and eats them shortly after.
