Jet Engine Test

In this interesting test clip, you'll see what happens when a foreign object, such as a large bird, is ingested by a jet engine. Let's just say the aftermath isn't very pretty. Continue reading to watch.

Here's a recent crystal-clear video showing what happens when you fire a chicken at 250 knots into a turbojet using a chicken gun.

OMG!!! Internet is full of MORONS!!! I have came acors this video on bunch of web sites and they all have wrong description. THIS IS NOT A BIRD HIT TEST!!! THIS IS BLADE OF TEST!! THEY PLACED EXPLOSIVE CHARGES ON THAT COLOR MARKED BLADE TO TEST STRENGTH OF ENGINE CASING! ITS NOT A BIRD HIT TEST!! ITS NOT A BIRD HIT TEST!! ITS NOT A BIRD HIT TEST!! ITS NOT A BIRD HIT TEST!!
