North Korean dictator Kim Jung-Un posed for a selfie with Singpore's foreign minister Vivian Balakrishnan earlier today on Jubilee Bridge at Merlion Park. How did this happen? Well, Balakrishnan simply pulled out his smartphone and then Tweeted the image for the world to see, which happens to be the first known selfie of Kim Jong-Un.
