Lamborghini Aventador SVJ

The highly anticipated Lamborghini Aventador SVJ was revealed yesterday at Monterey Car Week, and this is the same vehicle that set the production car lap record at the Nurburgring during its development. Powered by a naturally-aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine producing 770 hp and 531 lb-ft of torque, it can accelerate from 0-62 mph (100 km/h) in just 2.8-seconds, while topping out at 216 mph, mated to a ISR seven-speed transmission. A super limited SVJ 63 model boasts a black / white paint scheme and is limited to 63-units worldwide, while there will be 900-units of the standard (green) model available, priced at $517,700 in the US. Lamborghini has outfitted the car with the second iteration of Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva (ALA). This advanced active aerodynamic system premiered on the Huracan Performante and has been further refined to help increase the car’s downforce by 40 per cent while also reducing drag by one percent,” reports Car Scoops.
