Laser Display

Researchers in Germany have teamed with Sony to develop a flexible, laser display that produces "3D multi-color images from laser beams -- chemical reaction called photoexcitation to render images." Video after the break.

The screens are made up of organic molecules that emit light in all directions to produce an image, which gives an almost infinite viewing angle.
