Lexus is best known for their luxury cars, but did you know they also make luxurious yachts? Their latest model, the LY 650, measures in at measures 65′ 5″ long and 18′ 8″ wide, and it will be built by the Marquis-Larson Boat Group, a firm that specializes in “extensive experience with bespoke boat building”. The production model will have three different levels, and include three state rooms that can sleep up to six people as well as three different bathrooms. Power will come from two different Volvo-sourced engines: the IPS 1200 and IPS 1350, paired with a 1,000 gallon diesel fuel tank. No word yet on pricing or availability. “The main level is ultra-luxurious and images show the yacht will have leather couches, stylish flooring and a retractable flat screen television. We can also see a small bar area, a decent-sized kitchen and a high-tech cockpit with two captain chairs. Lexus didn’t mention launch details this time around, but the company has previously said U.S. sales will begin in the second half of 2019,” reports Car Scoops.
