Griddlock Cosplay has just revealed their latest creation, called “Mechdaddy 2018”, and it could be the ultimate father-daughter MechWarrior costume. For those unfamiliar with the video game series, within the MechWarrior games, players take control of a single BattleMech and combat other BattleMechs, tanks, infantry, and more, from within the cockpit of their machine. “It has been done before, but only for babies…these kids weigh over 50lbs each, but it is still manageable. I built this costume for the Edmonton Comic Expo 2018, but also because I have kids, nieces, and nephews, and a costume like this scores mega points, doesn’t it,” said Griddlock Cosplay.
