Flyboard Air Hoverboard

Franky Zapata’s company, the one that created a jet-powered ‘hoverboard’ that could travel at 90mph, has been acquired by Implant Science, a Department of Homeland Security supplier. To be more specific, it’s powered by a jet engine that can run for up to 10-minutes, hit speeds of over 90 mph, and fly up to 10,000 feet in the air. “The device uses an ‘Independent Propulsion Unit’ to fly for about 10 minute and has a top speed of 93mph (150 km/h), Zapata Racing claims. There are also no specific details on how Zapata is controlling the Flyboard or what exactly is powering it. The video, however, does show a joystick that appears to be wired to the base of the device,” reports The Daily Mail.
