This isn’t the first Bugatti Chiron knockoff / kit car we’ve heard about, but it’s definitely the most unique. China-based Shandong Fengde specializes in creating miniature electric versions of popular supercars, and these LSEVs (Low Speed Electric Vehicles) can be driven without a license,as their top speed is limited to 37 mph. The Chiron you see above is powered by a 4000-watt electric motor producing 5.3 hp, with a 93-mile range when fully charged.
